**Motorcycle Sales Specialist**

**Texas Harley-Davidson – Bedford, TX**

**Full-Time | Commission-Based + Bonus Structure**

Texas Harley-Davidson is the **largest Harley-Davidson dealership in Texas**, located in the heart of Bedford. Our **72,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility** includes two full showrooms, a massive indoor parts and accessories department, ride-in service bays, and even houses the **world’s largest Harley-Davidson Bar & Shield**, proudly displayed inside our service department.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Assist customers in selecting motorcycles that fit their style, needs, and budget

* Build genuine relationships with riders and enthusiasts

* Manage leads and follow-up using our CRM system (Victory)

* Coordinate with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

* Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and product features

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* High energy, positive attitude, and coachable mindset

* Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

* Motorcycle endorsement or willingness to obtain one preferred

* Must be available to work weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
