The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Internet Salesperson to join our sales team. This is not a floor sales role — it is a dedicated internet lead position focused on speed, follow-up, and appointment setting. You will be the first point of contact for customers who reach out online, and your job is to convert that digital interest into a showroom visit.

You will work directly alongside our Internet Sales Manager, supporting a high-volume lead pipeline and playing a critical role in driving monthly deliveries.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound internet leads promptly and professionally
• Engage customers via phone, text, and email to build rapport and set appointments
• Log all activity accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with the Internet Sales Manager to ensure seamless handoff from lead to appointment to delivery
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the buying process
• Represent the Texas Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication skills — comfortable on the phone and in writing
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
• A competitive mindset and a genuine desire to perform
• CRM experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
• Passion for motorcycles or the Harley-Davidson brand is a bonus, not a requirement

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00-$18.00/hour base — full-time, 40 hours per week
