What You’ll Do

• Deliver high quality, experience driven customer service to every guest
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend Harley-Davidson apparel and merchandise
• Focus on sales, add on opportunities, and customer retention
• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat visits
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals and KPIs
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays
• Stay knowledgeable on products, promotions, and events
• Assist with inventory, special orders, and dealership events

What We’re Looking For

• Retail or customer facing sales experience required
• Strong passion for customer service and selling
• Ability to confidently engage customers and make recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Saturday availability required
