Join Our Team as a Programs Coordinator!
Are you passionate about coordinating impactful programs and contributing to the success of community initiatives? We're seeking a full-time Programs Coordinator to join our team from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate diverse programs such as Youth in Government, Challenge by Choice, Ambassadors, Leads Groups, and Business Seminars.
- Assist in organizing leadership programs and foundation events.
- Schedule, plan, and facilitate events for our new members.
- Manage databases, including invoicing, posting, and setting up members in our internal CRM as needed.
- Assist with set up & registration at events to ensure smooth operations.
