Join Our Team as a Front Desk/Administration Specialist!
Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for a part-time role with a flexible schedule? We're hiring for a Front Desk/Administration position, offering an hourly rate of pay for 20 hours a week. Your schedule will be set upon hiring, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Handle mail by picking up and delivering to the post office.
- Manage our database by adding new members, making updates, and setting up new accounts.
- Assist in invoicing and prepare accompanying letters for mailing.
- Support event registration processes to ensure seamless experiences for participants.
- Send out meeting notices and calendar invites to keep everyone informed and organized.
