NCTCOG is the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Dallas-Fort Worth area, through which Michael serves the region by developing transportation plans and programs that address the mobility needs of our rapidly growing area. He has played a pivotal role in the planning and implementation of mobility projects across North Texas for the past 33 years.
