General Description:
Responsible for the daily activities related to the Serving Our Seniors operational and administrative functions.
Supervision:
- Reports to Operations Director
- Works with Fundraising Manager and Marketing Coordinator on projects
- Works with Program Coordinators on projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of office administration experience preferred
- Associates degree, additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Outgoing personality and friendly positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Willing to run errands
- Willing to work from the office, from home or other local area locations as needed
- Willingness and patience to work with seniors
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Operations, Programs and Fundraising efforts
- Assist with contacts by making calls, returning emails, sending correspondence
- Support monthly invoicing and credit card reconciliation
- Collect, proof-read, edit and distribute documentation as needed
- Assemble fundraising packages
- Assist with data entry
- Manage/update calendars
- Schedule meetings, help prepare agenda, take minutes
- Run errands as needed in support of projects and events
- Answer phones in support of SOS Programs as needed
- Other duties as assigned
