Brown Bag Lunch & Learn for De-Escalation and Negotiation Tactics in the Workplace - Negotiating tactics for customers and co-workers.

Presented by two Hurst Police Officers who are crisis negotiators and trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and Peer Support who will explain how these tactics work not only in high stress crisis situations but also in the everyday workplace.
