About the speaker:
Our guest speak this year will be LARRY LAVINE, the FOUNDER of Chilis! He will share what he did to not only envision success, but to create a culture of teamwork and success. When Larry Lavine founded Chilis in 1975, the restaurants singular location was situated inside a converted post office on Dallas Greenville Avenue. Today, Chilis is one of the most well-known names in the casual-dining industry, with more than 1,600 locations across the world.
