Chantelle Williams is the owner of Ohana Shaved Ice in Euless, TX and Wiki-Licious Hurst Euless Bedford.  Wife and mother of 2, she has an entrepreneurial spirit in so many ways.  As a former teacher and administrator, she began a non-profit organization to help support teachers called Heart of a Teacher which hosts consignment sale events during the summer months.  Chantelle loves to teach dance fitness classes and listen to audio books when she's not researching or working on her business ideas.  Born in Japan, she also enjoys to travel enjoy many different types of cuisines.
