Kids love video games, and we're using that passion as a powerful tool for growth! Led by a Mental Health Therapist, this isn't just supervised play—it's therapeutic play. Our program offers a safe, fun, and engaging environment where your child can enjoy popular video games with peers while simultaneously gaining valuable, long-lasting life skills.

What Makes This Program Different?

The supervising therapist will play alongside the children and facilitate focused discussions and real-time coaching on critical emotional and social topics, directly applying in-game challenges to real-life situations.

Key Skills Taught & Practiced

• Healthy Coping Strategies: Learning how to manage intense emotions like frustration, disappointment, and competition in a positive and constructive way.

• Peer Support & Teamwork: Developing strong interpersonal relationship skills by cooperating, communicating effectively, and supporting one another.

• Boundaries and Balance: Discussing and setting healthy technology boundaries, improving self-regulation, and learning to respect parental instructions regarding screen time and video game usage.

• Fair Play and Respect: Practicing good sportsmanship, resolving conflicts respectfully, and showing empathy for other players.

Special Closing Session

Session 8: Parent & Child Level-Up

Parents are invited to join the therapist and their children for the final, one-hour session. This is a crucial step for integrating the skills learned. You will receive an overview of the therapeutic curriculum and concrete strategies for supporting and reinforcing your child's new skills at home.
