Topic - Managing the Stress of Change
Lisa resides in Southlake, Texas with her husband of 20+ years and many four-legged loved ones.
She is the founder of Sapphire Enterprises LLC, d/b/a Abiding Strategy LLC. As a Strategy Coach, she guides leaders through their own illusions & realities, helping deliver better results by increasing their understanding of the human equation. Unlike others, she helps executives work within their own innate talent, maximizing their abilities. She believes that we can all help create a better world by being better as business leaders.
She values Truth, Friendship, Service and Gratefulness. As an “Army brat” she learned about patriotism, adaptability and strength.
She’s had 35 years of experience in the executive ranks, and over a decade as a leadership consultant. She helps with Strategic Planning, Vision Mapping, and Brand Management. She has been a DiSC facilitator for decades, and she’s taught communication skills to hundreds of professionals. As the Vistage Chair for the Mid-Cities CEO peer group, she advises executives from startups to a $100MM IT firm.
She is a regular contributor to several magazines, a leader on her church council, and an animal welfare advocate. Her book "Taking in Strays: Leadership Lessons from Unexpected Places," is available at Amazon.com.
Ask Lisa if you have questions about strategy, branding, vision mapping, operations, communication, people, sales, or just plain “how to” when it comes to business ownership and leadership. Learn more at her website: www.AbidingStrategy.com or find her on LinkedIn.
