This is a virtual session that will discuss various situations and circumstances in a world wide pandemic that you can safeguard yourself and your family and manage stress. (ie. you may be working virtually\, helping your children with their school work are just a couple of examples of where Deep Breathing techniques and mindfulness can be applied.)\n\n\n\nLead by Master Certified Life Coach Miste Anders-Clemons known as "The Peace\, Calm and Tranquility Coach"\n\n\n\nBe part of something GREAT!\n\n\n\nWOVI is the first women's organization dedicated to mentoring. We encourage\, empower\, and support a multicultural group of women to do extraordinary things and create a permanent confidence in all aspects of their personal and professional lives. All women seeking to maximize their influence are invited to join and participate in this membership organization to gain and enhance leadership and mentoring skills. Our monthly meetings feature great speakers and our unique MentoRing  exercise! In our MentoRing  exercise\, you connect with other women receive and share positive\, supportive feedback.
