Serving a diverse\, global population of students and corporate customers\, there is unwavering focus on what can be\, relationship building for influence (external AND internal customers)\, and leadership that is dedicated to serving others first.  Passionate about improving graduate curriculum to ensure students graduate with the knowledge\, skills and competencies needed for competitive advantage in the workplace\, Dr. Reid works cooperatively to connect students with many DFW area employers for completing real life projects to enrich learning experiences.\n\n \n\nShe has served the Chair of the Board of Trustees for DallasHR\, the largest HR organization in the State with over 2\,000 members\, driving the vision to enhance the value of HR for professionals.\n\n \n\nPrior to joining academe\, Dr. Reid served for many years in various airport leadership roles for American Airlines.
