DESCRIPTION:Join us this month during our annual Joint Chamber Luncheon with the Grapevine Chamber where our guest speaker will be DFW Airport's Executive Vice President of Revenue Management & Customer Experience\, Ken Buchanan\, who will be providing an overview and update of the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMembership luncheons are a great way to connect with other members and get updated information about what is happening in the Chamber.\n\nWe hope you'll join us on Thursday\, July 20!\n\n\n\nThank you to our luncheon sponsor!\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nSpeaker Bio: \n\nKen Buchanan is a seasoned business professional with over 35 years of industry experience in revenue management\, operations management\, sales\, merchandising technology\, marketing\, and customer experience. At DFW International airport\, Mr. Buchanan is responsible for the Customer Experience\, Terminal Management\, Concessions\, Market Research\, and Parking Operation departments. Mr. Buchanan directs these teams to explore innovations that allow DFW Airport to adjust to fluid market dynamics to provide an exceptional customer experience. \n\n\n\nIn FY21\, this included supporting over 229 concession businesses that served over 62 million passengers\, resulting in over $66 million in revenues. \n\n\n\nBefore his time with DFW Airport\, he has held executive-level positions at Pepsi Co.\, Kroger Corp.\, Kmart Corp.\, and Information Resources Inc. He also served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Coors\, Inc. \n\nMr. Buchanan graduated with a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Memphis and earned his masters in business administration\, focusing on marketing\, from Jackson State University.\n\n\n\nDon't Forget to Bring a Door Prize!\n\nWho doesn't love having their name called out as a Door Prize winner?
